I actually think that’s a super NB part of it too.
Both our kids seeing us doing something quiet and still & joining in, or maybe even at a certain age, allowing us to continue. And also turning up ‘imperfectly’ - that’s what I’ve told myself about this offering and the element sessions too - if a kid pops a head in, or whatever, that’s ok - we are all weaving in and out of these ‘boxes’ - I’m up for starting to acknowledge this more! * this is all mostly a *note to self! 😂
totally! I realise how much I used to freak out if my child came in on a work call or recording or whatever, when now it feels more like the organic fabric of things and the expression of their interrelations x
