what a perfect piece of writing. I have found running again too recently, I'm struck by the catharsis of it, the nostalgia as you've so beautifully illustrated, by the primal joy of this action!

A perfect read on a day where I go out and race 10k, ill prepared. The poetry of running back through the younger versions of you is so beautiful.

It is strangely addictive isn’t it, once the initial torture of those early runs is over come! Do you listen to music as you run?
