This is an opportunity to set some intentions and gain the most from this precious early morning time you’ll set aside.

- What would you like to focus on?
- How would you like this time to feel?
- How can you set yourself up for success?

It will also be a chance to meet each other, make introductions, say hello in a way we won’t get to during the sessions themselves.

Those of you who can’t join on a Friday, but would like to create your own creative crucible for February, you’re welcome to join too, I’ll be sending out prompts for you each week to help you on your way.
