Welcome friends to the first of the Element Sessions deep dives.
Today we are going to explore E A R T H.

This deep dive is part of a slow seasonal series on the Five Elements. To follow along, and join in the conversation, you can consider subscribing to beauty & bone. If you’re interested in joining, but would like to try out a session first, feel free to hit reply to this email or DM me and I’ll share access to these first sessions on Earth as a taster gift.

I will be drawing on the theory of the five elements in all of these posts, but most importantly, I’ll be using these shares as a chance to slow down, look, listen, connect, savour, spot where the niggles and sticking points in our lives are.

Before we begin with the prompts, if you would like to learn a little more about
E A R T H from a more specifically Chinese Medicine perspective, you can take a moment to read THIS post I wrote this time last year, or take a listen to this fascinating conversation I had with five element acupuncture master practitioner

Gerad Kite
here.

For each of these deep dives I would invite you to try to set aside a little bit of time. Make a cuppa, find your favourite pen.

You can also listen to the audio recording of the post and work through the prompts that way too if that is an easier thing.

Finally, go gently with yourself. If any of the prompts feel too much, they can wait for another day. Or they can be done, but gently, and with a reaching out to someone you trust for support.
