another way to sit with me in the dark

for those of you who can't make the early morning Fridays

Hello friends,

I wanted to get in touch to share an extension of the Sitting in the Dark sessions. I’ve had a couple of people email me to ask how they could join if the Friday early morning time didn’t work for them? They really wanted to carve out some creative, liminal writing / creating time and liked the idea of the Sitting in the Dark container - how could they join in a different way?

So I put my thinking cap on and would like to offer the following to paid subscribers:

You can still join us to plan how best to get the most out of your month of sessions on our call on Monday evening at 7:30pm GMT (Zoom link sent out Monday morning). Together we’ll set intentions, look at how to support ourselves to make sure we are giving ourselves the best chance of achieving what we want. This call is free for all subscribers. If you miss the call, I’ll send out written prompts to you as a paid subscriber.

Our live sessions will begin next Friday 5:45-7am GMT. It is very special to gather together in the dark, but if this is not possible for you, I’ll now also send through every Thursday evening a simple prompt, some music for you to play for the hour, and that gentle nudge for you to take that time for yourself. Whenever that may be for you.

These emails will be for paid subscribers only. If you are a paid subscriber, but don’t want to receive these reminders / prompts, I hope to work out a way of you opting out of just these emails but still receiving all the other benefits of your membership.
